As an hourly Manager, you will spend up to four months learning our business in order to gain a high experience and competency level. after successful completion of this phase, you will advance to Shift Manager, earn a pay increase, and continue to climb the ladder of opportunity. Trainees with the best and most flexible availability can rise to the level of salaried Second Assistant. You will be trained to run an outstanding shift with the responsibility of delivering great Quality,Service, and Cleanliness.

Description: This includes: 2nd Assistant Manager, 1st Assistant Manager. As a Salaried Manager you will spend up to six months learning our business in order to gain a high experience and competency level. After successful completion of this phase , you will advance to Second Assistant, earn a pay increase and continue to climb the ladder of opportunity. Most trainees acheive the level of Store Manager after approximately 24-36 months in this program.
